I highly recommend this immigration law firm. I transferred my case from another attorney, and the difference was obvious right away. The attorneys and staff are knowledgeable, patient, and very responsible. They explained each step clearly, reviewed my documents carefully, and helped catch potential issues early. They also provide language support, which made communication much easier. Before my immigrant visa interview, I had two prior tourist visa denials, so I was pretty worried. My attorney focused on what actually mattered to the consular officers and gave me clear, practical advice without overcomplicating things or adding unnecessary stress. With their guidance, everything went smoothly. I arrived in the U.S. without issues and received my conditional green card. After approval, they continued to guide me on the next steps and timelines so nothing was missed. Overall, this is a professional, reliable team that I truly trust and would recommend to anyone going through the immigration process.

My fiancé and I had such a great experience working with Wolfsdorf Immigration for her Adjustment of Status. Our lawyer Alli and paralegal Arvin were absolutely amazing throughout the entire journey. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and responsive, always making sure we understood each step along the way. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which is not something you often hear when it comes to immigration matters. We truly appreciated how organized and communicative the team was... they made everything feel so easy. Highly recommend Wolfsdorf Immigration, especially Alli and Arvin, to anyone looking for a great immigration legal team!

Wolsdorf Rosenthal LLP has been an outstanding partner in my EB-5 process. Their responsive and highly efficient team made everything smooth and stress-free. Thanks to their expertise, I now have my EB-5 visa, and my son also received. Truly grateful for their professionalism and care. Special thanks to Bernard and Joseph for their personal guidance and support — who gave 200% commitment to my case and supported me every step of the way. Truly grateful! It was a long journey from 2019 and there was never a single time they delayed a response for any of my queries. Most importantly they are super transparent and give realistic expectations of the processing time. If anyone is looking for a firm that combines unmatched knowledge, efficiency, and genuine care, I wholeheartedly recommend Wolfsdorf Rosenthal LLP

WR Immigration is fantastic, we couldn't have asked to be treated better or with more professionalism. If we are able to do this another time, we will definitely reach out to them. Just loved working with Richard and his team. They made it so easy compared to what I thought and have heard how difficult it can be. The advice, guidance and teamwork were handled extremely well by their team.

Over the past 6 years I had the pleasure of working with Richard Yemm and his team on all my immigration cases. This excellent team of attorneys has helped me with cases from OPT STEM through H1B and extension to finally the permanent residency. 6 years is a long time! And throughout all these years I have seen nothing but professionalism, attentiveness, experience and in-depth understanding of the cases, but most importantly, genuine wanting to help me. All my questions were answered promptly, all paperwork completed smoothly and timely, consultations available whenever needed, no errors in any submission. I’m grateful for all the help I received and would recommend their stellar services to anyone embarking on their immigration journey! Thank you so much Richard, Arvin, Jorge and team, you helped provide me with a lot of stability and security throughout these years.
