If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I currently have an active case with this law firm, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. In the beginning, they were very attentive—quick to explain the process, set up payment methods, and even ask for a review *before* any real work had been done. That should have been a red flag. The glowing reviews are misleading at best—possibly even fake. Once they secured our payment, the communication essentially stopped. There was a period of **two months** where we received absolutely no updates. We had to physically go to their Morris Plains office just to get basic information. Calling their office is pointless—the person answering the phone is clearly not informed about our case and is unable to provide any meaningful help. Most frustrating of all, we have *never* been able to speak directly with the lawyer handling our case. We expected professionalism and support, and instead got silence and frustration. **Save your money and go elsewhere.**

My experience so far in this law firm would be that it is very greeting, they offer you water or coffee when you first walk. Also the assistant Valeria Carpio is very nice and kind. She explains every question you have and explains it to you. Has a passion on helping others and overall she is a good assistant lawyer.
